Delivery Methods
There is a Standard Delivery charge for most orders of £13.00 by Carrier, or £4.00 by Post.
All web orders received Monday to Friday are normally delivered within 2-3 working days.
Although we take care to select only the most reputable carriers all the above methods of delivery are subject to the operational performance of the carrier concerned and we cannot accept any responsibility or liability whatsoever for any carriers late delivery.

Customer Return Policy
Care should be taken when ordering. If something is ordered in error then DVS will endeavour to be as helpful as possible. Please try to advise us within 30 days. The first thing to do is to contact us explaining the problem and you will be advised what to do.
We need to agree with you that in principle you can return the product to help us track the return and so both parties understand the terms. For standard products that are available to order on the web site the normal procedure will be as follows:
- You advise us that you want to return the product and the reason why.
- We respond to you and establish with you if you require a different specification product or refund.
- Once agreed, you return the product at your cost and risk to our factory.
- On receipt of the product we inspect the condition and advise you what refund or credit will be provided. The restocking charges are normally 20% subject to the product being returned in new condition.
- We reserve the right to reject any returns that are damaged.
Guarantee
(i) Any defects which under proper use appear in the Goods within a period of 12 months (unless otherwise stated) after delivery and which are due to faulty materials, workmanship or design, will be made good by us either by repair or, at our option, by replacement provided that the Goods or the defective parts are returned to us, carriage paid and suitably packaged, within the 12 month period, together with a claim in writing which specifies the date of purchase. No Goods may be returned for credit unless previously agreed with us. Our sole obligation and your sole remedy under this provision is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the Goods supplied. Where the Vendor installs the Goods, the guarantee will extend to cover the installation work, however we reserve the right to charge where the problems are not covered by the warranty (such as misuse, or problem found to be the responsibility of others).
(ii) These guarantees are in addition to your statutory rights as governed by the Laws of England.
Our terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
